As this is our first year putting on the food preservation festival (and with only one month to organize due to grant restrictions), we invite you to share your thoughts on how next year’s festival can be even better! Send your feedback to info@rockfordgrange.net

This is our very first YES WE CAN! Preservation Festival and it will be taking place on Wedneday, September 24 from 4-7 pm at the Rockford Grange. (Date moved from 9/25)

Featuring:

  • Nerd Talks! Ted-style talks getting into the nitty gritty of all things food preservation.

  • Demonstrations of preservation skills (If you want to take notes, please bring something to write with and on.)

  • Museum of the Preserved (bring your oldest and most unique preserved foods to display).

  • Raffle

  • $5 entry fee but no one turned away for lack of funds.

Raffle tickets will be available for purchase - $2 each or 3 for $5. Must be present to win. Drawing at 6:15 pm.
